We have been looking for the perfect property, house and land, for years without success. We finally reached the point that we saw our life slipping buy without fulfilling our dream and found not the perfect property but a property that met most of our criteria. We put a contract on it contingent upon the sale of our house thinking it might be some months before we would actually get this property. Our house sold on the first day. By the end of this month we will take possession of the property instead of just aimlessly searching for something impossible to achieve. You are absolutely right.
